ingredient:(for 8 people ) :
-125 g butter
-200 g sugar
-3 eggs
-6 spoons of milk
-200 g of flour
- 1 bag of yeast
-1 bag of vanilla sugar
-25 g chocolate powder
Preparation of the recipe :
Stir the butter with sugar .
Add milk, flour, yeast and the yellow eggs .
Add stiff beaten egg whites
Split the dough in 2 parts : in 1 part put the vanilla sugar , and in the other put the chocolate powder .
Butter the tin and a pour the 2 parts 1 after the other in it
Finally put the tin in the oven during approximately 40 minutes (150°-180° ) .

-1/2 bag of yeast
- 125 g of floor
-125 g of unsalted butter
-250 g of caster sugar
-200 g of dark chocolate
-4 eggs
Preparation of the recipe :
Preheat the oven in 180 ° (thermostat 6)
Melt the chocolate in a pan , with a little water
Off the heat , add the butter , the floor and the yeast
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and a little water, then add it to the chocolate preparation.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the pan quite slowly.
Put the dough into a buttered mold with high edges and put in the oven during approximately 35 minutes .
You can add some icing sugar or some melted chocolate ,to decorate the top of the cake .

Ingredients for six persons :
- strawberries or raspberries, according to your taste.
- 24 spoon fingers
- 250g of mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 15cl of fruit sirup (in relation to the selected fruit)
Preparation :
- put the biscuits in the sirup and then place them at the bottom of a dish.
- mix the mascarpone with eggs yolk, then add the sugar for get a cream
- beat the egg whites, then incorporate them into the preparation
- cover the biscuits with half of the cream
- put the fruit
- finish with another layer of cream
- put in the fridge for at least four hours
- sprinkle with chocolate powder

Ingredients:
For the buns
- 300ml full-fat milk , plus 2 tbsp more
- 50g butter
- 500g strong bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 75g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 7g sachet fast-action or easy-blendyeast
- 1 egg , beaten
- 75g sultana
- 50g mixed peel
- zest 1 orange
- 1 apple , peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the cross
- 75g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
For the glaze
- 3 tbsp apricot jam

"Crêpes" recipe
Crêpes are French-style thin pancakes, and they are very easy to make!
Ingredients :
- 200g of flour
- 80g of cornflour
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 litre of milk (33cl)
Preparation :
Mix flour, cornflour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs one by one and whisk. Pour gradually the milk, then a little water.
Let the batter rest for.
Make the "crêpes" by pouring the batter into a hot and oiled crêpe pan (frying pan) and tilt the pan with a circular motion. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, on both sides.
You can taste them !
