"Pâques" is the most important celebration of Christianity. Catholics fast during lent and Easter is the end of the fast.
In the morning of Easter, children look for chocolates in the garden or the house, their parents hide the chocolates but the tradition says bells, come from Rome, bring chocolates to children.
The chocolates are often Rabbit, hen, eggs or bells. Sometimes it's fish !

In America, it's a rabbit named Easter Bunny who distributes Easter eggs but also marshmallow peeps shaped as rabbits and chicks.
On Sunday, there is a parade Easter Bonnet Parade for example in New York.
On Monday, there is White House Easter Egg Roll, it's a big egg hunt in the White House's gardens.

On March 14th, it is "White Day" in Japan. Let me explain to you what it is.
On Valentine's day, women / girls offer chocolates to men/boys of their choice. This man can be a brother, a colleague, a boyfriend , a husband or even just a friend.
One month later, these men/boys say thank you to each woman / girl who offered them chocolates.
For a colleague or a friend, they offer "giri-choco", "giri" meaning "thank you". These chocolates are made with white chocolate.
Boys say thank you to the girl they are in love with by offering them a white ribbon. By the end of white day, if the girl has tied up the ribbon (on her hair, around her wrist, on her bag....) it meens that she feels the same .
If they are having a relationship, the present is usually jewels or luxury lingerie.

Saint Patrick's day is a feast celebrated on March 17.
American people celebrate St Patrick's day, even if it's an Irish celebration.
It is mainly celebrated in Chicago and New York because they have Irish ancestors .The symbolic color of saint patrick's day is green so they wear green tee-shirts.
They color their food in green, they color their hair in green
