Here in France after the nice periods of Christmas,New Year's Eve and the epiphany, there's another delicious tradition to share:

On the 2nd of February, we celebrate Candlemas (La Chandeleur), 40 days after Chritsmas (it has religious origins)

On that day we make "crêpes" , French style pancakes that can be filled with sugar, jam or chocolate...

This year most French families are going to celebrate "la Chandeleur" tomorrow or on Sunday because it's easier to make and eat crêpes during the weekend.
